Overview: The Recruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in talent acquisition activities and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the HR field. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contributing to the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts.Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessmentsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersParticipate in conducting phone, video, and in-person interviewsSupport the onboarding process for new hiresAssist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and systemsConduct market research to identify potential talent poolsAssist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment eventsProvide administrative support to the recruitment team as neededContribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiativesRequired Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and WordBasic understanding of recruitment and selection processesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsDemonstrated interest in the HR and recruitment field
