Overview: The Recruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in talent acquisition activities and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the HR field. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and contributing to the overall success of the organization's talent acquisition efforts.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and systems
  • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated interest in the HR and recruitment field
