Responsibilities
- Executive support: provide day-to-day support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordinating travel and accommodation
- Meeting coordination: manage end-to-end scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, restaurants and handling related arrangements
- Internal communications & liaison: act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and execution
- Office administration: assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating facilities requests and supporting ad-hoc office-related tasks
- Operational support: support operational processes such as timesheet tracking, data collation, internal reporting, and follow-ups
- Project & process coordination: track progress of internal initiatives, manage action points and coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery
Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or teams in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong academic credentials from a recognised institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English
- Highly organised, reliable and efficient, with a track record of managing multiple tasks independently and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional demeanour, strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and collaborating across international teams.
