Employee Relations Specialist

Employee Engagement:
Organize and manage activities and events that foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.
Feedback Management:
Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and understand the needs and concerns of the team members.
Compliance:
Ensure all talent management practices are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Metrics:
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management, focusing on employee engagement and retention rates.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks, ensuring they are competitive and contribute to employee retention.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources, MSW, or a related field.
- Min 6 years of experience in talent management / employee engagement role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
