In this role, you will connect with enterprise-level decision-makers, identify qualified opportunities, and play a critical role in supporting revenue growth.Location: In-office, 5 days a week – BangaloreRequirementsKey Responsibilities Proactively engage prospects across North America through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to generate meaningful conversations. Qualify leads by identifying business challenges, decision-making structures, and sales opportunities. Conduct market and account research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and regional dynamics. Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunity stages in HubSpot. Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead transition and improved conversion rates. Requirements 4+ years of SDR experience focused on the North American region within a B2B SaaS environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders. Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Results-oriented mindset with strong time management and the ability to operate independently. Strong research and analytical skills to understand prospect needs and industry trends.
