Position: Business Development Associate

Company: NNIIT

Experience: 2-3 years (Experience in Edtech K9, K12 sales is Mandatory)

Salary: 2-6 LPA

Location: Hyderabad

Minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

* Make 250+ calls per day and maintain 3 hours of talk time, thus booking a minimum of 7 consultations for the week each day.

* Understand customer needs and requirements.

* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

* Close sales and meet quarterly quotas.

* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.

* Could you maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory?

* Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.

* Conduct effective online demonstrations for prospects.

* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

* Strong negotiation and communication skills.

* Experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Edtech industry.

* Knowledge of the Edtech industry and adaptability to market changes.

* Leadership skills (if managing a team).

* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.

* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities.
