We are committed to innovation and excellence in transforming business operations, and we are seeking a skilled HR Transformation and Technology Implementation Consultant to drive our HR technology initiatives.


We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation and Technology Implementation Consultant with over 15 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation projects and technology implementation, with a proven track record of driving successful change initiatives within organizations. This role will be instrumental in reshaping our HR function through the integration of advanced technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the HR technology transformation strategy, aligning HR processes with business goals and ensuring a seamless transition to new systems and practices.
  • Implementation Oversight: Manage the end-to-end implementation of HR technology solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the HR function.
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs for HR teams and end-users to enhance their proficiency with new systems and processes.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of HR technology implementations and transformation initiatives, providing ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HR function, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in HR transformation, technology implementation, or a related consulting role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HR technology projects, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various HR technology solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and their implementation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
