Akrivia HCM is seeking an experienced HR Implementation Specialist to join our team in the SEA Market. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored HR software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing detailed project plans, outlining the implementation process, key milestones, and timelines.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their HR and business process requirements.
  • System Analysis: Conduct initial analyses of existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Software Configuration: Configure HRMS software to align with client requirements, customizing modules and functionalities as needed.
  • Data Migration: Support the migration of data from existing systems to the new HRMS, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in implementing HRMS/HCM software solutions, preferably within the Enterprise B2B segment and should have prior experience handling clients from SEA.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for learning and working with technical applications, with a focus on HRMS functionality and configuration.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and act as a reliable advisor on HRMS best practices.
