Overview:

This role requires, within reason, schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs during normal hours.

Drive critical human resource transformation by maintaining and optimizing key HR systems including the ServiceNow HRSD Product Suite. This role will provide a unique opportunity to not only administer a newly implemented platform but also have impact on user experience through system enhancements, upgrades, roadmap execution, and overall functionality. Serve as the technical expert and lead basic configuration, development, support, and maintenance of HR systems. The ideal candidate will be able to provide tactical support while managing multiple projects concurrently, and seamlessly adapt to evolving priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day administration of key HR systems including the ServceNow HRSD Product Suite Monitor the health, administration, usage, and overall compliance of HR systems; Configure and enhance core HRSD components, including the Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Workflows, and Dashboards and Analytics; Collaborate with team members to design best solutions for technical issues; Contribute to software releases and system upgrades through configuration tasks and feature delivery Perform various technical tasks depending on the needs of employees. The most basic are assigning user security and permission settings and helping resolve software issues; Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing/auditing data; Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrades; Partner closely with system support vendor(s) to maintain optimal function of the HRIS system, which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades; Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements; Conduct system audits to guarantee data integrity; Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement; Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
