You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. 🔹 Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven SAP Sales Key Account Manager to join our team, with a focus on acquiring Net New Enterprise Accounts and driving license sales growth. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with deep knowledge of SAP solutions, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in enterprise software sales.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Identify, target, and close Net New Accounts across key industry sectors.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.Drive SAP license sales across the portfolio (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP).Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and achieve sales targets.Collaborate with presales, delivery, and SAP ecosystem partners to support customer success.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and sales activity records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Represent the company at SAP and industry events to promote solutions and generate leads.🔹 Required Qualifications:5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably with SAP or another Tier 1 ERP provider.Proven success in net new customer acquisition and closing license deals.Strong understanding of SAP’s cloud and on-premise portfolio.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA a plus.🔹 Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling to [industry verticals: e.g., manufacturing, retail, public sector].SAP certifications or prior experience working for SAP or an SAP Gold Partner.Understanding of cloud transformation and digital business models.🔹 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of Net New Accounts acquired per quarterLicense revenue attainment (quota-based)Sales pipeline coverage and healthForecast accuracy and CRM hygieneDeal velocity and close rate🔹 What We Offer:Competitive base salary + commission(Target Based)SAP sales enablement and certification programsOpportunity to work with top-tier clients and cutting-edge technologiesSupportive, entrepreneurial team environment[Other benefits: car allowance, remote work, healthcare, etc.]🔹 How to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter via [application link or email].
