Job Title: Key Account Manager – Amazon (RKW Only)Location: KolkataExperience Required: 4–5 years (mandatory) in managing Amazon RKW for an FMCG brandAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon RKW who will be responsible for driving growth through Amazon’s RKW platform while also managing day-to-day account operations. This is a specialized role, focused only on Amazon (RKW + operations) .⚠️ Please note: Only candidates with 3–4 years of proven Amazon RKW experience in FMCG will be considered. Applications without this background will not be accepted.Key ResponsibilitiesRKW Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon RKW campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROIAccount Operations:> Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, A+ content, catalog management)> Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination> Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penaltiesAnalyze campaign and sales performance to drive actionable insightsMonitor competitor activities and category trends to identify opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth executionRequirements4–5 years of proven experience in Amazon RKW management for an FMCG brand (mandatory)Strong understanding of Amazon account operations — listing hygiene, cataloging, PO management, and fulfillment processesData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFMCG/Ayurveda/Wellness category experience preferredWhat We OfferA high-impact role managing Amazon, our most critical digital growth channelEnd-to-end ownership across both marketing (RKW) and operationsCompetitive compensation with strong career growth opportunities
