You'll be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, shaping how our stories are shared, discussed, and remembered. If you're passionate about digital trends, know how to spark conversations, and can bring a brand's voice to life for a digital-first audience, we'd love to have you join our Lahore-based team.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube and TikTok).Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.Ensure consistency with brand voice and online reputation management.Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior.Experience managing social media accounts and monitoring engagement metrics.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.Ability to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.Skilled in community engagement, responding to comments/messages, and managing online reputation.Organized, proactive, and able to collaborate with the creative team.What we're looking for:Social-first mindset – You understand what captures attention and drives engagement on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook.Content creation & management – Skilled in planning, curating, and publishing posts that align with brand objectives.Trend-aware and platform-savvy – Always up to date with trending content formats, viral challenges, and evolving social media features.Strong storytelling ability – You can communicate ideas clearly and powerfully through captions, videos, campaigns, and community interactions.Project ownership – Capable of managing multiple campaigns at once, meeting deadlines, and ensuring consistent execution.Brand consistency – Experienced in maintaining and amplifying brand voice and identity across diverse platforms.Excellent communication – Able to interpret strategy, respond to feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with designers, writers, and managers.Adaptable and resourceful – Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment where priorities shift quickly.Team-oriented – Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to support both team success and individual growth.Genuine passion – You love digital culture, social storytelling, and building meaningful connections with audiences.Blended Working at The Journal Post GroupAt The Journal Post Group, we follow a blended working model.
