In this role, you will play a key part in managing social media budgets, selecting platforms, and identifying the right audience segments to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Develop Social Media Campaign Plans: Create data-driven, high-impact media plans tailored to client objectives, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and platform selection.
- Manage Social Media Budgets: Allocate and optimize budgets across social media platforms to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) while meeting campaign goals.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the media strategy.
- Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Define audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and psychographics to create tailored, high-performing campaigns.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Oversee the launch and optimization of social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, ensuring campaigns are effectively delivering on objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze data, and produce reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in digital media planning, particularly with social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
- Experience with social media advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and media buying.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with programmatic buying and social media automation tools.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.) for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Experience in B2B and B2C social media strategies.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms for campaign integration.
