Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Salem with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will oversee daily social media strategies, create and optimize content for multiple platforms, and engage with online communities to foster brand loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing social media performance, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the creative team to execute impactful campaigns. Qualifications - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Strong Communication and Writing skills - Experience with Content Strategy and planning - Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and implement improvements - Creativity and adaptability in engaging audiences across different platforms - Familiarity with tools such as social media management platforms and analytics software - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
