Job Description About the Company Bright Media Tech is a creative digital marketing agency specializing in branding, social media marketing, paid ads, website development, and CGI. With a presence in the UAE, West Africa, and India, we help brands tell their stories through impactful visuals and strategic digital experiences. Our team is built on creativity, precision, and innovation and we're looking for passionate minds to grow with us. We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join the Bright Media Tech team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled at building client relationships, and passionate about helping brands grow through digital marketing solutions. You will play a key role in generating new leads, nurturing client accounts, and promoting Bright Media's services across India, UAE, and West Africa. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new leads through calls, meetings, networking, and online platforms. - Present Bright Media's services to potential clients. - Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong relationships with prospects. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. - Create basic marketing outreach material (emails, messages, proposals templates provided). - Track leads, maintain CRM records, and share daily/weekly sales reports. - Represent Bright Media Tech professionally across physical and digital platforms. Qualifications & Skills Required: - 13 years of experience in sales or marketing (digital agency experience is a bonus). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand digital marketing services and explain them clearly to clients. - Confidence in approaching new clients through calls and meetings. - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing trends. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
