The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join Unthinkable Solutions. In this role,

you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities

in tender sales, enterprise sales, and government sales, thereby enhancing our comprehensive suite of IT

services, with a particular focus on Software Development.

Location: Gurgaon

Position Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, with a focus on tender sales, enterprise sales, and government sales.
  • Generate leads and interact with prospects to identify and secure new business opportunities, and design and implement strategies to drive business growth in the assigned sales market.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new business from the existing customer base to optimize profit and increase revenues.
  • Identify new markets to expand the market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.
  • Engage in direct customer negotiations in collaboration with sales directors, administering the entire sales process from identifying target customers to completing the sales cycle.
  • Identify and evaluate tenders for potential application by the company, including handling or working on GEM Portal (Govt eMarket), E-procurement, and E-Tender Portals.
  • Register the company on various tender portals, search for relevant tenders, RFPs, or bids, and prepare and upload tender documents online, ensuring the final submission of tenders or bids.
  • Monitor the tender application process to ensure timely submission along with all required formalities, and ensure all completed tenders are well documented with an appropriate level of detail.
  • Liaise with government officials to follow up on potential tenders, and attend pre-tender meetings on behalf of the company, making official representations as necessary.
  • Coordinate within teams to review tenders and their respective deadlines/requirements, identify risk factors in tender documents, BOQs, and RFPs, and suggest appropriate solutions in consultation with senior management.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in B.Tech/MBA


Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in tender sales, enterprise sales, and government sales.
  • Experience with government procurement processes and familiarity with tender documentation is important.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive and interested in sales and market research.
  • Familiarity with IT services, particularly in Software Development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and market research tools.
