SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant PositionOur organization seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) professional to provide expert guidance and support for a key client.Key Responsibilities:We require the candidate to design, configure, and implement the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development objectives.The ideal candidate should be able to configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.A seamless integration of the SAP SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central is essential.The selected professional will develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development strategies.Moreover, the consultant will create and maintain configuration documentation, user guides, and provide training to the wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.Essential Skills and Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.Business Process Design: Ability to design and guide clients on effective learning process solutions.Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and custom report development (e.g., using Plateau Report Designer, Stories).Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with People, training, and technical teams.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical specifications into understandable concepts suitable for discussion with senior business stakeholders.
