We are seeking a strategic Training and Development Professional to design and deliver impactful learning programs across our global organization.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.Lead end-to-end training programs from conception to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Benchmark key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.Able to comprehend complex information and translate it into clear, effective training content.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.About UsWe offer:A competitive compensation package.The opportunity to make a direct impact in accelerating scientific research and education.The chance to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.A strong promotion from within culture that draws a clear path to advance your career.
