AI Engineer for Scalable Machine Learning SystemsWe are seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design, develop, and deploy large-scale, reliable machine learning systems.Create and maintain complex AI features in our open-source platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable ML model deployment.Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Implement best practices for CI/CD and MLOps to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms.Integrate custom MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Establish standard protocols and develop integrations between systems.Troubleshoot system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.Requirements:Master's degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud platforms.Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
