Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive growth in the corporate and architect who work in commercial segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with MDs, CFOs, CXOs of corporate as well as architects and design firms, and promoting our interior fit-out services to secure new projects.
Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the architect segment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting corporates, architects,, and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key architects and design professionals.
- Present and promote our services, highlighting our value propositions and unique selling points.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue from the MNCs, PMCs and architect segment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to corporates & architects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Understand client needs and work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure we deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within interior design, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporates, architect and design community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of current trends and technologies in the architecture and interior design industry.
- Professional certifications or affiliations with industry organizations.
