HR Recruiter

Introduction

At Continental , people are our most valuable resource. We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees across diverse roles. This role is critical to identifying untapped talent, driving organizational growth, and building a strong employer brand.

Objectives of the Role

  • Partner with senior HR managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements across multiple business functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, talent pipeline building, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build strong candidate networks, talent pipelines, and professional relationships to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to design and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and post job descriptions aligned with organizational hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Manage candidate communications, maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Identify future workforce requirements and assist in strategic manpower planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, database management, and internet search techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Eagerness to grow professionally through continuous learning, networking, and training opportunities.
