An integrated marketing agency is hiring for the profile of Group Head - Copy.


Location: Delhi


Experience: 5-7 years


Skills we look for

  • Carry out creative duties on multiple brands across industries, ranging from campaign planning and ideation, to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Lead a team of 2-4 copywriters, with the ability to understand briefs and translate those to the team with clear directions
  • Present creative campaign plans for any campaign or narrating scripts to clients on any brand
  • Work with the New Business team on all creative ideation and a creative showcase for pitches
  • Coordinate with the client servicing and planning team on a daily basis to ensure delivery across day-to-day operations and strategy
  • Provide visual direction to the design team on concepts across client posts, projects, and campaigns
  • Work on iterations on all tasks based on internal or external feedback, and setting & sticking to self-set practical, realistic timelines that allow enough time for ideation and finesse while also meeting client goals
  • 5-7 years in a digital or social media agency or consultancy; writing, editing, creating copy, campaigns, storytelling and more
  • A blend of short and long-form copywriting experience
  • A voracious reader; someone who is passionate about the English language, grammar, and copy & content writing
  • Capability with diverse content formats including but not limited to website, emailers, blogs, social media content, content calendars, et al
  • Out of the dabba thought process with proactive fresh-ideas thinking
  • An expansive vocabulary and immaculate English - both verbal and written
  • Carry out in-depth research across brands and peers, target audience, and ensure awareness of and alignment with brand needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts + projects
  • Be completely up-to-date and aware of all developments in your field, as well as fully updated with news or online trends
