Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of signing new clients and generating sales revenue within the IT staffing industry.They will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other industry staffing industry.Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market shareIdentify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competitionCollaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the companyProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniquesBuild a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging online platformsConduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accountsEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizationsUnderstand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectivesRequirements:RequirementsProven experience of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industryTrack record of signing new clients and generated sales and business revenueIn-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry playersStrong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsExceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationshipsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suiteYou will have the opportunity to:Drive revenue growth and expand market shareBecome a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
