This includes managing employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance handling.Oversee recruitment and retention efforts, including job postings, interviews and onboarding processes.Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, leave, performance evaluations and other HR-related data.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.Requirements:To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
