Brick&Bolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.
● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to attract new clients.
Role and Responsibilities:-
● Managing a team of 8-10 Members.
● Driving meetings: Converting Leads to quality meetings.
● Auditing Calls
● Performance Reviews of Team Members
● Maintaining Data
● Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline.
● Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.
● Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.
● Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.
● Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.
● Work with the Product team and provide the inputs to improve the interface, for better customer support and customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
● Minimum 5 years of experience (1-2 years in similar roles)
● Energetic and passionate to do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals. ● Experience and enthusiasts for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement.
● Fluent, and good communication skills.
● Quick thinking and should be target-oriented.
● Must know to communicate in Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Hindi/Marathi.
● MBA is preferred.
● Work From Office is Mandatory - Bangalore
