Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Service Desk professional to provide top-notch technical support to our end-users. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for users, qualifying and opening tickets for resolution, and managing a variety of complex technical tasks.Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, chat, or self-service ticketsQualify and open tickets for resolution of eventsTriage tickets to respective teamsProvide regular updates and follow-ups on tickets in the queueManage a variety of technically complicated tasks effectivelyRequired Skills and Qualifications:Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting email flow issues, both internal and externalProvide end-user support, including OS troubleshooting and basic software troubleshooting (MS office, Messengers, outlook, etc.)Display high-level customer relationship skills, including effective email etiquetteShow good communication skills, follow-up skills, and willingness to work in rotational shiftsKey Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectivelyTicket Management: Manage a high volume of tickets, triaging them to respective teams and providing regular updates and follow-upsCommunication: Develop strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concernsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesA competitive salary and benefits package
