The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and monitoring financial and revenue performance for our clients.Key responsibilities include:Managing dynamic pricing and availability using PricelabsAnalyzing performance metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), pacing, and market trendsSupporting the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and marketsAdjusting pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimizationBuilding and maintaining reports using Google Sheets and ExcelCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to clearly communicate recommendationsAutomating workflows or analyses using PythonRequired skills and qualifications include strong analytical skills, experience with pricing and financial analysis, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, good written and verbal communication skills in English, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
