Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Digital and Healthcare marketing to lead our brand and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will own patient acquisition targets, execute innovative campaigns across multiple channels, position and build our brand from scratch as the category leader in Women’s Digital health.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, offline, partnerships) to drive rapid patient acquisition and market share growth.Design data-driven campaigns leveraging Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and CRM platforms.Build brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and ensure strong conversion rates for consultations.Create, manage, and analyze marketing dashboards to track KPIs: acquisition, engagement, RoI, patient retention, and campaign effectiveness.Launch community outreach initiatives and referral programs to drive organic growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical teams to align messaging, patient journey, and service launches.Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed.Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends and best practices in India.Skills & Experience4-7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing within healthcare, consumer tech, or a high-growth startup.Proven track record in scaling user/patient acquisition and achieving ambitious growth targets.Hands-on expertise with paid channels (Google, Meta), SEO, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Data-oriented mindset; comfortable analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.What We OfferLeadership role with direct impact on company growth trajectory.Opportunity to shape and define the Women's Healthcare marketing playbook for a disruptive, AI-powered brand.Opportunity to own and build a brand from scratch.Exposure to founders, investors, and the digital health ecosystem.Seat on the Leadership table and EQUITY.
