Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, plan, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage and mentor a small team of performance marketers, ensuring quality execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct advanced audience and keyword research to improve targeting, segmentation, and reach.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key KPIs while ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to guide ad visuals, messaging, and funnel planning.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities, cost optimizations, and scaling strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta Ads features, policies, and best practices, and implement them proactively.
  • Prepare and present clear reports and insights to management and clients, highlighting learnings and results.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign success, from planning to execution and reporting.



Requirements


  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong command of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, funnels, attribution models.
  • Experience in scaling campaigns and handling large budgets successfully.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, tracking setups (pixels, tags, GTM).
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior marketers, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with internal teams and clients.
  • Location: Jaipur candidates preferred (on-site role).
