Key ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) .Manage and mentor a small team of performance marketers, ensuring quality execution and knowledge sharing.Conduct advanced audience and keyword research to improve targeting, segmentation, and reach.Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies to drive performance improvements.Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key KPIs while ensuring maximum efficiency.Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to guide ad visuals, messaging, and funnel planning.Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities, cost optimizations, and scaling strategies .Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta Ads features, policies, and best practices , and implement them proactively.Prepare and present clear reports and insights to management and clients, highlighting learnings and results.Take ownership of end-to-end campaign success , from planning to execution and reporting.RequirementsProven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.Strong command of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, funnels, attribution models .Experience in scaling campaigns and handling large budgets successfully.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, tracking setups (pixels, tags, GTM) .Ability to lead and mentor junior marketers , ensuring accountability and growth.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with internal teams and clients.Location: Jaipur candidates preferred (on-site role).What You’ll GainLeadership experience managing a team of performance marketers.Deep insights into running full-funnel campaigns across Google & Meta ecosystems.Hands-on exposure to budget management, scaling, and advanced optimization techniques .Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven business decisions .Opportunity to work on real, high-impact campaigns that directly influence client revenue and growth.Location: On-site, Jaipur (Candidates from Jaipur will be given preference
