EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in Apparel Merchandising, Content or Digital Marketing role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite content and architectureCreate relevant collections, campaigns, and banners.Modify menu and site architecture to ensure freshness and relevance.Responsible for all the site metrics and success of the collection/campaign.Launch new categories/stores/collections on the Brand website.Stakeholder managementDay to day coordination with brand teams for requirement collectionWork with Category managers and Product team for better understandingLiaising with the technical team to improve processes.Sale trend and analysis:Analyse past/current sales, inventory, merchandise, price points and curate engaging and high conversion collections to be promoted on the brand website.Collaborate with the catalogue team to create relevant collections in the back end.Analyse and work to improve website KPIs like click-through rate and conversion.Competition benchmarking.Other responsibilitiesWork closely with studio team to improve shoot quality.Taking care of customer rating and reviews.Creating and publishing relevant reports to help increase revenue.
Expectation from a site merchandiser will not only be to handle the site architecture but focus on process improvement and automation.
