Job Responsibilities:The person will be responsible to build long-term relationships with customers, increase their loyalty towards Xiaomi and play a vital role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.Job Duties:Site Merchandising:Merch calendar ideation & creation to ensure selecting, organizing, and curating products for display on mi.Com (app+web) to maximize sales and meet business objectives.Develop merch plan for the entire page including but not limited to Feature Banners, app Home Page and PC website, this includes home page wireframe as well.Prepare category wise SOV and define the input parameters which will impact SOV. Align categories for the same, hence monitoring and ensuring that all categories are meeting SOV commitment.Develop and execute Store wireframe, regular updates to highlight new launches/key offers etc hence planning UI/UX to help improve user experience.Ensure freshness of the platform through optimization like change of creatives/ colours/ products that are shown and further measure performance and optimize accordingly.Conducting A/B tests on various site elements, such as product positioning, images, and call-to-action buttons, to continuously optimize and improve site performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize site layout, product placements, and navigation.Set targets for impressions, clicks and CTR for the merch and further track and report weekly performance with insights and optimization strategies.Collaborating with the marketing & design team to align site merchandising efforts with overall marketing strategies, including and not limited to daily/weekly/monthly refreshes, sustenance initiatives to improve product page performance through quality creatives and campaign assets.Desired Candidate Profile:· 5-8 years of work experience in a consumer-facing environment· A good understanding of current marketing trends
