SFCC Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled SFCC Merchandiser to manage and optimize the online merchandising strategy of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. The ideal candidate will oversee product presentation, ensure smooth category and inventory management, and execute promotional campaigns that drive conversions and sales. This role is essential to delivering an engaging, customer-centric e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities:

Product Merchandising:

• Manage and update product catalogs, categories, and SKUs in SFCC.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Optimize product sorting and recommendations for enhanced discoverability.

Site Management:

• Implement and maintain site hierarchy, taxonomy, and navigation to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Set up and schedule product launches, seasonal updates, and promotions.
• Test and validate merchandising changes across devices and browsers.

Promotions & Campaigns:

• Create and manage discounts, coupons, and promotional campaigns using SFCC Business Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotions align with overall brand strategy.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and product performance.
• Use data to identify opportunities for A/B testing and improving merchandising strategies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, content, and technical teams to implement updates and enhancements.
• Partner with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

Troubleshooting & QA:

• Identify and resolve issues related to product display, pricing, and site functionality.
• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure a bug-free experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience in managing online storefronts, catalogs, and promotions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SFCC Business Manager and its merchandising tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SFCC Einstein Analytics.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
