This role involves day-to-day management of site operations, coordination of trades and vendors, and ensuring all work is completed according to the design specifications, budget, and project schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution and ManagementSite Oversight: Supervise all on-site interior fit-out activities, including civil works, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing.Timeline Adherence: Monitor and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule to ensure the project is completed on time. Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly read, understand, and interpret architectural and interior design drawings, blueprints, and specifications to communicate precise instructions to the site team.Quality Control: Conduct regular and meticulous site inspections to ensure all work meets the company's high quality standards and design specifications. Immediately address and resolve any defects or non-conformities.Team and Resource CoordinationSubcontractor Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of various subcontractors, vendors, and in-house labor teams.Material Management: Oversee the timely procurement, inspection, and inventory management of all raw materials, finishes, and fittings, ensuring they match the specified quality and quantity.Logistics: Manage site logistics, including material storage, movement, and waste disposal.Safety and ComplianceSafety Enforcement: Implement and strictly enforce all company and local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the construction site.Site Safety: Conduct regular safety toolbox talks and ensure all workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.Reporting and CommunicationStakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and sometimes the client.Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports detailing site activities, milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and resources utilized.Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot on-site problems (e.g., design clashes, material shortages, labor disputes) and propose practical, timely solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsQualificationsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.Sandhya NairRecruitment ManagerPhone Number: I Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person
