**Job Overview**:
The **Site Supervisor** plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth site operations and adherence to company policies. This position carries significant responsibility in overseeing daily activities, ensuring the accuracy of machinery readings, and supporting the company's operational potential. The role requires dedication to following the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance with SOPs**: Ensure all activities align with the company's standard operating procedures and policies.
- **Machinery Monitoring**:

- Verify readings and share them with the relevant team once confirmed.
- **Issue Escalation**: Promptly report site-related issues and suggest solutions to coordinators or managers.
- **Incident Reporting**: Record and escalate irregularities observed at the allocated sites.
- **Data Management**: Regularly update trip counts and other related data in real-time.
- **Driver Coordination**: Ensure smooth and timely operation by coordinating with drivers and other team members.
- **End-of-Shift Duties**: Collect and cross-check all trip cards before submitting them to the office at the end of the shift.

**Work Schedule and Leave Policy**:

- **Shift Schedule**: Two shifts (6 AM to 6 PM / 6 PM to 6 AM) will be cyclic, and overtime is not permitted unless approved by management due to operational needs.
- **Leave Policy**:

- Leaves must be requested and approved by the Manager and HR at least 2 days in advance.
- For extended leave, notify the company at least a week in advance to allow for schedule adjustments.
- Emergency leaves should be communicated immediately to the Manager and HR.
- One paid leave is granted per month.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 per month
