Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuthuparmba, Kannur. with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Site Supervisor at Nexspace Interiors, you will oversee the day-to-day operations at various project sites. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, supervising site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will also liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and maintained.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and site supervision
  • Knowledge of construction and interior design regulations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Experience in the interior design or construction industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or diploma in related field
