🎯 Role Overview We’re looking for an energetic Tele-Caller cum Business Developer - Lead Generator with strong British English communication skills. The ideal candidate will connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and promote our online services to boost business growth. 📞 Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B calls to introduce and explain our services. Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads. Build relationships with decision-makers and procurement professionals. Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in CRM and other platform. Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. 🧠 Requirements 1–3 years’ experience in tele-calling / business development / lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication in British English. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Knowledge of tendering processes (government or private) is an advantage.
