The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest experience, and other departments to ensure high service quality.The ideal candidate will have extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and staff management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise various functions and human resources.In addition to their technical skills, the Front Desk Manager will be expected to handle escalations and grievances, liaise with local authorities and vendors, and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.Hospitality graduate or diploma, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house.Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations.Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.Cordinate with F&B team to provide exceptional guest experiences.Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
