Water Resources will be given priority.Review and assess design requirements.Plan assignments within time limits to ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction.Communicate with clients and respond to work assignments allotted.Lead teams and guide members for design assignment requirements.Develop and enhance team working culture.Study field survey information required for achieving design objectives.Prepare hydraulic designs in relevant software or as per design requirements.Get approval on design assignments from relevant authorities.Be responsible for project targets related to design assignments.Maintain DCI timely as per required formats.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary agencies for achieving targets in time.Review engineering drawings prior to submission.Maintain discipline and punctuality during employment tenure.Establish effective communication and periodically report to I.S. regarding issues requiring decisions from clients/project teams.Maintain work etiquettes at all times during employment tenure.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
