Job Description Mail:- [Confidential Information] water supply designer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of water distribution and treatment systems. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, performing hydraulic design, developing models, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. They also collaborate with stakeholders like clients and government agencies, manage project timelines and budgets, and may supervise on-site construction. Core responsibilitiesDesign and planning: Design water distribution networks, pumping stations, treatment facilities, and related infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Develop project plans, including cost estimates and timelines.Technical analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, perform site assessments, and develop hydrologic and hydraulic models to analyze water demand and system performance. Analyze water quality and quantity to provide recommendations for treatment, disposal, and reuse.Documentation and reporting: Prepare technical reports, detailed design documents, specifications, and construction drawings.Compliance and regulation: Ensure all designs and projects comply with local, national, and environmental regulations and industry standards.Collaboration and management: Liaise with clients, contractors, government agencies, and other professionals. Manage project budgets and schedules, and supervise on-site staff and workers to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. Key skills and qualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in hydraulic civil design and modeling software.Knowledge of local, national, and building codes and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage projects and work with diverse teams.
