Program Implementation DirectorJob Description:Oversee the execution of programs through partner organizations to drive desired outcomes.Facilitate communication and resolve issues with partners, ensuring they have necessary resources and support.Monitor program performance against KPIs, including learner engagement rates and course completion rates.Implement strategies to address gaps or areas for improvement in program delivery.Coordinate internal management processes across CSR sub-teams to ensure stakeholders are aligned and informed.Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure program offerings meet high standards for content quality and credentialing criteria.Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous program improvement.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and have a keen ability to identify problems and develop solutions to complex challenges.
