About the RoleAt Open Links Foundation, we are working towards strengthening the government school ecosystem and making schools aspirational for all. Our mission is to improve quality of education by supporting teachers, partnering with district administration, and implementing programs that enhance learning outcomes.The Divisional Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the successful implementation and scaling of our flagship program, Vinoba. This individual will act as a bridge between State Leadership and district-level execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives and effective partnerships with government stakeholders.This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to strengthen government partnerships, empower teams, and ensure program delivery is impactful and sustainable.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to strengthen government partnerships and improve program deliveryLead and manage teams to achieve program goals and objectivesCollaborate with district administration and state leadership to ensure alignment and effective partnershipsMonitor and evaluate program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsRequired Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who share our vision and mission, and are enthusiastic about making a change in education.
