Note: This is a Contractual Role for a Period of 12 Months The Sales Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing distributor programs that drive revenue growth, enhance channel engagement, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize distributor performance and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Program Development & Execution: - Design and implement distributor incentive programs aligned with business objectives. - Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments. Sales Enablement: - Partner with distributors to identify growth opportunities and provide tools, training, and resources to maximize sales. - Drive adoption of new products and solutions through targeted campaigns. Performance Management: - Track distributor KPIs, analyze sales trends, and prepare performance reports. - Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure alignment on goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless program execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for distributor-related queries and escalations. Compliance & Governance: - Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in channel/distributor management or sales operations. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
