Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and tracking project milestones across instructional design, content development, video/animation production, quality assurance, and learning management system deployment.Lead cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers, Content Writers, Subject Matter Experts, eLearning Developers, Animators, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Learning Management System Teams.Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, weekly governance calls, and Steering Committee reviews to ensure timely delivery of all milestones.Ensure adherence to ADDIE framework, instructional design quality, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance, and SCORM/xAPI specifications.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program/project management delivering large-scale digital learning or L&D transformation projects. Essential skills include experience managing content development teams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
