Program Implementation SpecialistOur organization is seeking a skilled Program Implementation Specialist to execute our Skillsbuild program.The ideal candidate will oversee the rollout of the program through strategic partnerships, driving pre-determined learner outcomes.This role involves managing all aspects of program implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and achieving KPIs including learner engagement, course completions, and credentials issued.Program Rollout: Lead the implementation process, working closely with partner organizations to ensure smooth execution.Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and providing necessary resources and support.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze program performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address gaps.Internal Coordination: Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders, aligning them with project goals and objectives.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure high-quality program offerings meet our standards.Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and participants to inform continuous improvement of the program.Key Qualifications:Program Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities, synthesizing information to develop strong strategies and plans.Learning & Development: Sound knowledge of instructional design, program development, analytics, learning technology, and learning principles.Relationship Building: Strong professionalism and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with organizations such as educational establishments, non-profit enterprises, government agencies, and training providers.General Requirements:Minimum 8 years' experience in program management/consulting and/or digital learning transformation roles.Experience with digital (online) learning platforms and digital credentials.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Strategic thinking & project management expertise.Strong work ethic, competitive nature, and desire to succeed.Intense curiosity to learn and willingness to be coached.
