About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in presales, client success, enterprise account management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technology consulting and business acumen, with proven success in client acquisition, digital transformation projects, and strategic partnerships.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Presales, and Client Success roles.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and multi-million dollar deals.
  • Strong expertise in proposal creation, presales presentations, and solution consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM & sales platforms.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI & automation solutions for client success and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead presales activities including proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and client presentations.
  • Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and upselling.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
