The platform is a one-stop shop that provides a complete set of features like a landing page builder, payment gateway, chat, email and whatsapp automations, community software, gamification and a lot more.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Team Lead at TagMango in Mumbai. The Customer Support Team lead will be responsible for managing the support team, aligning processes, providing online support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical support on a day-to-day basis.
Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead
Location: From Office at Malad West, Mumbai
Terms: Full-time
Remuneration: 6-12 LPA, depending on WorkEx plus incentives. ESOPs based on performance.
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 10 am IST to 7.30 PM IST.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support skills
- Customer Service and Technical Support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with Zendesk software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
