Our programs provide access to top faculty, industry leaders, and hands-on experiences, empowering students and professionals to gain international perspectives and unlock new opportunities.Role OverviewThis is a full-time role at President Education requiring a high-ownership professional who can take complete responsibility for both pre-sales and post-sales operations. The candidate will lead the telecalling / inside sales team to drive student enrollments, execute sales strategies, monitor productivity and ensure strong conversion discipline.Beyond closures, the role also manages post-enrollment student operations, including documentation, communication, travel coordination and parent engagement, ensuring a smooth and organized journey for every student until departure. The position demands excellent team handling, call quality monitoring, grievance management and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the telecalling / inside sales team to achieve monthly enrollment targetsDrive lead nurturing, counseling and conversions through structured follow-upsMonitor call quality, CRM updates, daily productivity and reporting dashboardsResolve parent & student queries and ensure a strong customer experienceCoordinate with travel, academic and operations teams post-enrollmentOversee documentation, payments, pre-departure readiness & student communicationMaintain discipline, ownership & speed of execution across the sales funnelDesired Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in inside sales / admissions / student engagementStrong experience in team handling and target-driven rolesExcellent communication, persuasion and conflict-management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneouslyPrior experience in education, study abroad or EdTech is preferred
