We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaigns, drive measurable results, and fuel our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) .
  • Own the performance marketing funnel : from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions , ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that convert.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals / user acquisition strategies .
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets .
  • A creative mindset with the ability to ideate ad copies, hooks, and innovative campaign strategies .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize for ROI .
  • Experience with other channels like LinkedIn Ads or Twitter Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with funnel optimization, retargeting strategies, and attribution models is preferred.
  • Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
