About the Company: Synechron Technologies is seeking experienced Recruiters from the Global Regions (Middle East) to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, excellent system knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting to effectively manage recruitment processes and provide insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical IT roles.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit. Utilize behavioral and technical interview techniques to ensure quality hires.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, application tracking throyu companies dedicated portal, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • MIS Reporting and Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate MIS reports. Provide insights to management on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices in the IT sector. Leverage market insights to advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the Indian, UAE market. Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles across various IT disciplines (e.g., software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, with the ability to assess technical competencies. Proficiency in Excel and experience with MIS reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
